Toronto Piano Centre was opened in 2000 by Russian piano master Boris Kvint.

Boris Kvint is a fully qualified master piano tuner and technician, and has been in piano business since 1982. He has graduated from the esteemed Music Academy of St. Petersburg in Russia and holds a Masters Degree (M.A.) in musical instruction; he is also an accomplished concert performer.

In 1980, Boris studied piano tuning technology at the Piano Restoration Manufacture of St. Petersburg Union of Composers and received his expert Piano Tuner and Technician Certificates. He then began his work as a piano technician in the St. Petersburg Music Academy and the Jacob Becker Piano Manufacture. Boris tuned, restored and rebuilt thousands of pianos and in the year 2000, opened his own piano business in Toronto.

We offer a wide selection of nearly new and restored second hand upright and grand pianos: Yamaha, Kawai, Steinway, Baldwin, Heitzman, Samick, Petroff, Young Chang , Kimball, Mason & Risch and several others.
